Bellevue, WA · Annual leadership conference · 650 guests · Mar 2026

We’ve held our annual leadership conference at Harborlight for four years. Elliott Hall seats our 650-person full-day plenary without crowding, and the 21 breakout rooms give us the parallel-session capacity we need. The in-house catering has improved every year.

Our procurement team loves the streamlined billing — one vendor, one COI, one W-9 on file. After year one the re-booking takes us about 20 minutes.

Seattle, WA · Annual gala · 720 guests · Dec 2025

Elliott Hall is genuinely spectacular for a black-tie gala. The Puget Sound backdrop at dinner made our guests feel like they were at a once-in-a-year event — because they were.

Harborlight Culinary Team handled 720 covers without a single timing issue. We had complex dietary requirements (40+ allergen-managed plates plus a kosher table) and they managed it with a pre-event briefing and zero service problems.

Kirkland, WA · Corporate training · 280 guests · Oct 2025

Harborlight is a reliable, well-run conference center with excellent staff. The AV team was prepared, the rooms were set correctly on arrival, and the food was better than corporate conference catering usually is.

Honest note on the catering exclusivity: we had a vendor relationship with a specific caterer and couldn’t use them here. If you’re flexible on catering, not an issue — Harborlight’s team is genuinely capable. If you have a specific catering requirement, look elsewhere; the policy is firm and non-negotiable. Not a complaint — just a factor to know upfront.

South Lake Union, Seattle · Multi-day conference · 500 guests · Sep 2025

Two-day conference with 500 attendees. Elliott Hall handled the plenary sessions; we used 14 of the 21 breakout rooms for concurrent workshops. The Harborlight team coordinated load-in, room sets, AV setup, F&B, and teardown across all 14 rooms without missing anything.

The Harbor Terrace was open for the evening reception and the waterfront views were stunning. One of our best conference experiences in Seattle.

Eastside, Seattle · Board retreat · 120 guests · Jul 2025

We used the Puget Ballroom plus four executive breakout rooms for a full-day board retreat. The AV setup in the executive rooms was impressive — full video conference capability without bringing in a third party.

The Culinary Team’s working lunch menu was a highlight. I asked about allergen documentation at the pre-event call and received a full per-dish allergen sheet within 24 hours. Professional throughout.
