The Puget Ballroom is a mid-scale space that shares Elliott Hall’s westward waterfront exposure but with an independent entrance and acoustic isolation. It partitions into two 200-person spaces for parallel breakout use.

• Training or workshop for 200–350
• Parallel conference track when combined with Elliott Hall
• Association luncheons and networking receptions

Full Harborlight Culinary Team F&B service applies; outside catering not permitted.

Our breakout suite level provides 21 dedicated rooms, ranging from 30-person executive boardrooms to 200-person seminar halls. All rooms are AV-equipped — projection, PA, and videoconference — with no additional setup charge.

• Seminar (9 rooms): 60–120 capacity; flexible classroom or rounds configuration

All breakout rooms have direct elevator and corridor access to Elliott Hall and the Puget Ballroom. Catering delivery from the Harborlight Culinary Team is available to all rooms.

The Harbor Terrace is our outdoor event space — a 4,000 sq ft deck cantilevered over the waterfront with unobstructed views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and the seaplane activity in Elliott Bay.

Typical use:

• Cocktail reception before a gala dinner in Elliott Hall
• Outdoor lunch break for conference attendees
• Sunset networking reception

Weather policy: The Terrace is weather-dependent May through October. A rollout tent canopy is available for partial cover. All Terrace bookings include a contingency plan to Elliott Hall foyer space at no additional charge.
